With great pleasure, we would like to announce that an exhibition collection “Fossils of Dinosaurs” will be opened in the “Dinosaurs” hall of the Regional Museum of Natural History Plovdiv. In the new collection, visitors will have the opportunity to see fossils from different species of dinosaurs: tooth from Tyrannosaurus (Tyranosaurus tooth), tooth from Megalodon(Otodus megalodon), tooth from Carcharontosaurus (C archarodontosaurus saharicus ), a tooth from Titanosaurus(T itanosaurus), Pterosaur tooth (Siroccopteryx mogrosensis ), a tooth from Spinosaurus (Spinosaurus aegyptiacus), a tooth from Dromosaurus (Dromaeosaurus albertensi).
The opening of the new collection will be on Wednesday 26.04.2023 at 10:00 in the Dinosaur Hall of the Regional Museum of Natural History Plovdiv. The opening will be attended by Mr. Plamen Panov, Deputy Mayor “Culture, Archaeology and Tourism”, Mr. Georgi Stamenov, Mayor of “Central” district and Head asst. Dr. Ognyan Todorov, Director of the Regional Museum of Natural History Plovdiv.
