The Herpetological Collection of the Regional Natural History Museum – Plovdiv (Bulgaria)

Abstract. The herpetological collection of the Regional Natural History Museum of Plovdiv dates from 1960 till now (2025). A total of 61 species with 362 specimens of amphibians and reptiles, belonging to 17 families, were collected and inventoried. An updated list of all species and specimens with their collection data is provided.
